12 storey secured and underway with Bennett Construction

We have secured the groundwork and 12 storey reinforced concrete frame package with Irish construction company Bennett Construction for their development at Cumberland Place, Southampton.

Time pressures meant Southern Concrete were able to reduce programme time on the 200 bed student accommodation block by introducing several design options such as precast columns and twinwall to ensure the tight deadlines will be achieved.
