3 Luxury 4-Storey Properties, Weymouth

Blanchard Wells Ltd is currently undertaking the construction of three luxurious properties on a 45′ cliff face in Weymouth. The project involves the installation of rock armour and soil nailing to stabilise the slope, as well as the construction of retaining wall structures after the installation of a contiguous piled supporting structure.

Blanchard Wells has deployed a grid of CFA piles to support each property, and has also installed the RC capping beam which will support the 3-storey RC frames. Due to the restricted site area, careful management of access and logistics has been a key factor in maintaining progress on schedule.
