Midford Manor, Bath

Blanchard Wells was appointed by Savista to construct a two-storey reinforced concrete (RC) frame with a cranked slab detail on the second floor for the new Midford Manor Care Home.

This technical feat required precision and expertise to execute correctly. The care home, developed by Hallmark Care Homes, is located on the outskirts of Bath in Somerset and is set to open in the summer of 2023. With space for up to 80 residents, it will offer high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care services.

Midford Manor is set to become one of the region’s most exceptional care homes, thanks to its idyllic location and the expertise of its developers.
